天然石墨的研究与应用现状及发展趋势

Research and Application Status and Development Trend of Natural Graphite

阐述了天然石墨在国内外的蕴藏量、分布情况以及天然石墨的基本结构和性质,对天然石墨在锂离子电池负极材料、石墨烯和膨胀石墨等方面的应用和现状进行分析;综合近期文献,预测了未来天然石墨研究的热点趋势以及产业化发展方向,即:科学而可持续利用天然石墨资源,开发高附加值产品是未来必然选择。实现高品质石墨烯的低成本量化生产,探究石墨作为锂离子电池负极材料的复合改性方式和合理选择制备膨胀石墨的插层剂和氧化剂将是今后研究重点。

The reserves and the distribution of the natural graphite at home and abroad and the basic structure and properties of natural graphite is introduced. The application and the status of natural graphite in lithium ion battery anode materials,graphene,expanded graphite and so on is analysed. Through summarizing the recent literatures,the hot pot trend and industrialization development direction of the natural graphite is forecasted,it means that it is necessary to use the natural graphite resources scientifically and sustainably and develop the high value-added products in the future. The research will focus on realizing the low cost of high quality graphene quantitative production,exploring composite modification way of the graphite in lithium ion battery anode materials and choosing the inserting agent and oxidant reasonably in producing expanded graphite.
