不均匀锈蚀对高强钢丝应力集中影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文采用有限元软件ANSYS,建立高强钢丝实体模型,进行不均匀锈蚀对高强钢丝应力集中影响的数值分析。通过改变长宽深三维尺寸的比例达到模拟深窄型和开放性锈蚀坑的效果,探讨长宽深各因素变化对应力集中及应力分布的影响,并横向比较三者对应力集中系数的影响程度。结果表明:高强钢丝应力集中系数随着锈蚀坑长度的增加而下降,随其宽度的增加而上升,随其深度的增加而上升;锈蚀坑长度因素对高强钢丝应力集中系数的影响程度最大,深度因素次之,宽度因素最小;对三个因素的影响率进行直线拟合,呈现出高度的线性相关性。计算结果与试验结果进行对比,验证了数值分析的可靠性。 In this paper,the finite element software ANSYS is used to establish the solid model of high-strength steel wire,and the numerical analysis of the effect of uneven corrosion on the stress concentration of high strength steel wire is carried out. By changing the three dimensional proportional of the width,length,as well as the depth,the effect of deep narrow and open rust pits is simulated and the influence of these factors on the coefficient of stress concentration is compared horizontally. The results show that the stress concentration factor of high-strength steel wire decreases with the increase of the length of the rust pit,increases with its width,and increases with its depth;the length of the rust pit has the greatest influence on the stress concentration factor of high-strength steel wire,followed by the depth factor and width factor. Linear fitting of the impact of the three factors shows a high degree of linear correlation. The calculation results are compared with the experimental results,and the reliability of the numerical analysis is verified.
