摘要
在介绍该事件经过的基础上,归纳分析阪崎肠杆菌的特点、致病性、致病机理及污染途径,介绍了国内外对婴儿配方乳粉防控阪崎肠杆菌污染的管理措施,进而对我国防控婴儿配方乳粉阪崎肠杆菌污染的潜在风险和输入性风险提出了初步思考。
On the basis of the introduction of this event, the characteristics, pathogenicity,pathogenesis and the ways of pollution of Enterobacter sakazakii were summarized and analyzed. The supervision measures for preventing and controlling the contamination of Enterobacter sakazakii in infant formulas at home and abroad were introduced. Then, some advices for effective preventing contamination of Enterobacter sakazakii in regulation, the process of production and use of infant formulas were given.
