摘要
胶原水解物与天然抗氧化剂的协同抗氧化性能研究已经成为了人们的研究热点。本文考察了鱼胶原水解物(COLL)、茶多酚(TP)、无花果叶提取物(FIG)以及胶原水解物分别与天然抗氧化剂复合产物对DPPH·以及ABTS·的清除能力的影响。实验结果表明,鱼胶原水解物与茶多酚的浓度比值为2500~10000时表现出较好的协同抗氧化作用,鱼胶原水解物与无花果叶提取物无协同抗氧化作用。
The study of the synergistic antioxidant properties of collagen hydrolysates and natural antioxidants has be- come a hot topic. In this study, the effects of fish collagen hydrolysate (COLL), tea polyphenols (TP), fig leaf ex- tract (FIG) and their mixtures on the scavenging capacities of DPPH and ABTS ·were investigated. The results showed that fish collagen hydrolysates and tea polyphenols showed a good synergistic antioxidant effect when their con- centration ratio was 2500 - 10000, and there was no synergistic antioxidant effect between fish collagen hydrolysate and fig leaf extract.
