摘要
胶原蛋白是生物体中含量最多的蛋白质,随着明胶工业的发展,胶原蛋白的提取对食品及药物等的研究有重要意义。胶原蛋白的提取近年来的热点主要集中在原材料的选取、相关工艺的优化研究以及相关生产装置的研究。本文对相关专利进行了数据分析,并选取代表进行介绍。
Collagen protein is the most abundant protein in organism. With the development of gelatin industry, the extraction of collagen has great significance for the research of food and medicine. The hot spots in the extraction of colla- gen in recent years are mainly focused on the selection of raw materials, the optimization of related processes and the research of related production devices. This summary analyses the relevant patents and introduces the representatives of these patents.
