智能用电分时调度和远程调控系统设计与开发

摘要 设计一款可以实现随电价波动来对家用电器进行自主开关控制的智能用电系统.系统通过获取电网耗电信息,将耗电量大的用电设备转移到电价低谷阶段运行,从而降低用户用电费用和电网用电负荷峰均比;读取电力信息流中分时电价信息进行分析和决策来控制电器;使用手机等终端进行远程调控和实时监控等.试验结果表明,该方案可以有效实现对可控家电的调度控制,降低用电费用. This paper aims to design an intelligent electricity management system used to automatically control household appliances according to the changes in electricity prices. Based on the information of grid electricity price, high powerconsumed electric appliances work in the time when the price is low, thus reducing consumers’ costs and electricity load of a power grid. Electric appliances are controlled by reading and analyzing the electricity price information in the flow of information from the power line. Mobile phones and other terminals are used for remote control and real-time monitoring.The experimental results show that the system can effectively control household appliances and reduce electricity consumption.
