摘要 辅助性T细胞17(Th17)是近年来发现的一类新的CD4^+辅助T细胞亚群,其增殖和分化不同于Th1和Th2细胞。Th17表达特异性的核转录因子维甲酸孤儿受体-γt(RORγt),并能分泌特异性细胞因子IL-17。Th17作为一种促炎性细胞,广泛参与多种自身免疫性疾病、感染性疾病、肿瘤以及慢性炎症性疾病的发生、发展;同时Th17分泌的炎症性细胞因子IL-17在各类疾病中具有至关重要的作用。本文就Th17细胞的生物学特征、分化以及其在自身免疫性疾病中的研究进展做一综述。 Recent studies demonstrate a new subset of CD4+T helper cell,termed Th17 cell( Th17),distinct from Th1 and Th2 cells,which have specific nuclear transcription factor RORγt( RORγt) and secret specific cytokine IL-17. Th17 cells as a proinflammatory cells,mainly involved in the occurrence and development of a variety of autoimmune diseases,infectious diseases,tumors and chronic proinflammatory diseases,that secreting cytokines IL-17 A in which also play an important role. Here,we make a brief review about the biological characteristics of Th17 cells,differentiation,as well as its progress in autoimmune diseases.
