摘要
以Lyocell纤维为原料,通过添加20%阻燃剂CEPPA制备阻燃Lyocell纤维,利用半精纺系统纺制26 tex阻燃Lyocell纤维与羊毛混纺纱(55∶45),并采用该纱线在德国RD6-DPLM经编机上开发经编坐垫织物。介绍纤维制备、混纺纱制备及织物编织工艺,并测试分析阻燃Lyocell纤维与羊毛混纺织物的压缩性能、阻燃性、透气性、弯曲性、抗皱性、抗起毛起球性。结果表明,开发的织物压缩性能良好,抗起毛起球等级达到4级,纵横向断裂强力分别为613.12 N和442.73 N,缓弹性折皱回复角为143.9°,透气性达到223L/(m^2·s),织物各项性能均良好,且具有一定的阻燃效果。
Lyocell fiber was used as raw material to prepare flame retardant Lyocell fiber by adding 20% flame retardant CEPPA. The semi-worsted system was used to spin 26 tex flame retardant Lyocell fiber and wool blended yarn(55:45), and the warp knitted cushion fabric was developed on the German RD6-DPLM warp knitting machine. Fiber preparation, blended yarn preparation and fabric knitting technology were introduced, and the compression properties, flame retardancy, air permeability, bending properties, crease resistance and pilling resistance of the flame retardant Lyocell fiber and wool blend fabric were tested and analyzed. The results show that the developed fabric has good compression performance, and the grade of pilling resistance is 4. The longitudinal breaking strength and transverse breaking strength of the fabric is 613.12 N and 442.73 N respectively, and the resilient wrinkle recovery angle is 143.9 degrees. The air permeability of the fabric is 223 L/(m^2·s), and the fabric has good performance and a certain flame retardant effect.
