摘要 文章旨在探究玉米-小麦组合粉碎对粉碎能耗及粉碎样品粒度的影响。在实验室条件下,用配有Φ1.5、Φ2.0 mm和Φ2.5 mm孔径筛片的万能粉碎机对5种不同配比组合的玉米-小麦进行粉碎,测定粉碎过程能耗和样品的粉碎粒度。结果表明:玉米-小麦组合粉碎能耗受粉碎机筛片孔径、玉米-小麦配比及两者的交互作用共同影响,且在同一孔径筛片下,玉米-小麦配比对组合粉碎能耗有显著影响(P<0.05);玉米-小麦组合粉碎样品的平均粒径主要由筛片孔径的大小决定,原料的种类及配比对其影响较小;相较于单一品种原料粉碎,玉米和小麦在特定筛孔和配比下的组合粉碎表现出节能效果,当玉米-小麦配比为0.75.0.25时节能效果最佳。文章通过分析饲料原料组合粉碎能耗及粉碎粒度,为饲料粉碎加工的高效低耗提供新思路。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of corn-wheat combined comminution on energy consumption and particle size of ground sample. Under laboratory conditions, a universal grinder equipped with 1.5, 2.0 mm, and 2.5 mm aperture screen was used to grind 5 different proportions combination of corn and wheat. The energy consumption of the grinding process and the particle size of the samples were measured. The results showed that: the energy consumption of corn-wheat combined comminution was affected by the aperture of screen, the proportion of corn and wheat, and the interaction of the two, and under the same aperture, the proportion of corn and wheat had a significant influence on the energy consumption of combined comminution (P〈0.05); the geometric mean diameter of corn-wheat combined comminution samples was mainly determined by the size of the screen, and the type and proportion of the raw materials had little influence on it; compared to the grinding of a single variety of raw material, the combined comminution of corn and wheat under specific sieve holes and proportions showed the energy saving effect, and when the ratio of corn to wheat was 0.75 : 0.25, the energy saving effect was the best. This paper provided a new idea for high efficiency and low consumption of feed grinding by analyzing the energy consumption and particle size of feed ingredients combination comminution.
