妊娠及泌乳母猪赖氨酸需要量的研究进展

摘要 赖氨酸是母猪第一限制性氨基酸,随着母猪繁殖效率提高,其需要量显著增加。妊娠及泌乳是母猪重要的两个不同生理阶段,相互影响,母猪赖氨酸需要量呈现动态的变化过程。文章总结了近10年妊娠及泌乳母猪赖氨酸需要量的研究报道和行业标准表明:母猪在妊娠后期的赖氨酸需要量显著高于前期,不同阶段、胎次和体况赖氨酸需要量也不同,其适宜剂量范围为妊娠前期12~15 g/d,后期为18~22 g/d;泌乳母猪最大化采食量是制定泌乳期赖氨酸需要量的重量依据,母猪胎次、目标仔猪性能、体重损失及断奶后发情间隔影响泌乳母猪的赖氨酸需要量,其适宜剂量范围为55~70 g/d,赖氨酸含量增加的同时考虑不同生理阶段氨基酸模式的差异。 Lysine is the first limited amino acid for sow, and the requirement of lysine has increased significantly with the development of sow reproductive efficiency. In addition, the requirement of lysine has been a dynamic variation during the different stages including pregnancy and lactation period. The lysine requirement and commercial stand of pregnant and lactating sow in the last 10 years were summarized in this paper. The lysine requirements of sows during late gestation were significantly higher than that of the earlier stage, and the lysine requirements of sows were influenced by many factors in- cluding different stages, parities and body conditions of sows, furthermore, the appropriate dosage was during 12 to 15 g/day in the early stage of pregnancy and the latter stage is during 18 to 22 g/day for pregnant sow. Sow feed intake during peak lactation period is an important basis except target performance of piglets, parities and weight loss of sows, and the days during weaning to estrus for evaluating lysine requirements of lactating sows, in addition, the suitable dosage is during 55 to 70 g/day for lactating sows, and the difference of amino acid pattern between different stages of physiological periods would be considered with the increasing of the requirement of lysine for sow.
