桑叶价值及其在生猪养殖业中的应用

The value of mulberry leaves and its application in pig breeding

目前饲料资源短缺是全球养殖业亟待解决的重大问题之一。桑叶在我国种质资源丰富、生产规模大。桑叶具有营养价值高、消化利用率高等特点,可作为优质的饲料资源开发利用。文章从几方面进行综述:(1)桑叶的营养价值及其对动物机体代谢的调节;(2)桑叶的饲喂形式及加工调制后营养物质变化;(3)桑叶饲料在生猪养殖业中的应用。以期为桑叶饲料在生猪养殖中的深度发掘及推广提供理论参考。

At present, the shortage of feed re- sources was one of the important problems to be solved in global aquaculture industry. Mulberry leaf was rich in germplasm resources and pro- duced on a large scale in China, and it was exploited as a high quality feed resource due to its characteristics by high nutritional value and high digestibility. Papers related with mulberry leaf were critically reviewed and summarized as follows： ① The nutritional value of mulberry leaf and its regulation to animal metabolism; ② The feeding form of mulberry leaves and nutrient composition changes after processing; ③ The application of mulberry leaf in pig breeding industry. The aim of this review was to provide theoretical reference for the deep exploration and popularization of mulberry leaf feed in pig breeding.
