摘要
本文以"中关村二小校园欺凌事件"为分析样本,采用话语分析法,以沉默的螺旋理论、博弈论等理论思想对该欺凌事件作"还原"分析。结果发现:欺凌事件中的网络舆情演化强力表现了沉默的螺旋理论的机制内涵,是一个以舆论为载体的社会心理聚合、意见表达螺旋上升、大众媒体推波助澜、具有负面诱导与潜藏网络欺凌危机的多主体动态博弈过程。有效应对校园欺凌中的舆情演化,防止其带来次生伤害的可行之法在于构建教育行政部门、学校、家庭及社会媒体协同治理校园欺凌网络舆情的长效机制。
This paper, based on the silent spiral theory and the game theory analyzed the origin of a specific case applying discourse analysis. It is found that the development of public opinion on campus bullying strongly manifested the mechanism of the silent spiral theory and it is a intercorrelated process involved by multiple parts during which social psychology carried by public opinion merge and opinion expression rise spirally. This process is always fueled by public media, and negative induction and potential cyber bullying can always be observed. A effective method to deal with the development of public opinion on campus bullying and following injure is to construct a long term mechanism of regulating internet public opinion on campus bullying which involves the coordination among educational administration, schools, parents, and social media.
