摘要
"网络欺凌"(cyber bullying)是伴随着互联网及通讯技术的发展而出现的一种新的社会欺凌现象,在世界各国具有一定的普遍性。由于网络欺凌具有高度的匿名性和隐蔽性,再加上被欺凌者大多常保持沉默,使网络欺凌更为普遍,更加复杂隐蔽,也更加难以控制。网络欺凌需要综合治理,但根子在教育,学校需要加强预防网络欺凌教育、网络安全教育、网络责任教育、网络素养教育以及生命教育、同情心教育和心理教育等。
cyber bullying is a new social bullying problem accompanied by the development of Internet and communication technology. It is universal in many countries. Because cyber bullying is highly anonymous and covert, and most of the bullied people remain silent, making cyber bullying more common, more complex and covert, and more difficult to control. Cyberbullying need comprehensive treatment, but the root cause of the education, schools need to strengthen the prevention of cyber bullying, network security education, network education, responsibility education network literacy education and life education, caring education and psychological education etc.
