摘要
为及时把握滚筒烘丝干头干尾和过程原料损耗的实际状况,寻找降低烘丝过程消耗的方法,通过对滚筒烘丝机料头料尾阶段出料状态的研究,分析了烘丝机出口物料含水率、物料流量与时间的关系,建立了滚筒烘丝机干头干尾量的计算方法,并将该方法计算得到的干头干尾量与实测值进行配对t检验。结果表明:干头量计算值与实测值之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干尾量计算值与实测值之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),符合性较好,计算值可代表实测值。该计算方法可用于薄板滚筒烘丝机的干头干尾量的分析监测。
In order to know the actual tobacco loss at start and finish stages of drying in a cylindrical dryer,and find a way to minimize tobacco waste, the relationships of moisture content in and flow rate of output tobacco with time were analyzed via studying the movement of tobacco in the dryer at start and finish stages. A method for calculating the amounts of over-dried cut tobacco at start and finish stages of drying was developed, and the paired t-test between calculated and actual values was conducted. The results showed that: the calculated values well agreed with the actual values,the differences between the two were not statistically significant (P〉 0.05), it suggested that the calculated value could represent the actual value. This calculation method could be used to analyze and monitor the amounts of over-dried cut tobacco at start and finish stages of a thin plate cylindrical dryer.
