RFID技术在图书馆应用研究及典型案例分析

Application Research of RFID technology in Library and Typical Case Analysis

随着大数据、云计算、物联网等技术的兴起,以读者体验为核心的图书馆服务得到推崇。通过对2002年—2017年国内外图书馆领域RFID的研究文献进行检索,对图书馆领域RFID研究状况进行了简要分析,总结出RFID应用过程中的常见问题,并给出相应的合理化建议。以中国石油大学图书馆和中国政法大学图书馆为例,介绍了两馆RFID建设实践情况,对RFID项目建设决策以及应用过程中图书馆业务流程的变化,读者行为模式的变化和馆员服务模式的转变进行了思考。

With the rise of big data, cloud computing, Internet of things technologies, library service with reader experience oriented has been highly praised. By searching literature about RFID in library at home and abroad from 2002 to2017, this paper tried to give briefly analysis of research status, found some common questions in RFID application and gave relative reasonable suggestions. Taking the Library of China University of Petroleum and the Library of China University of Political Science and Law for examples, it introduced the RFID project and practice, and gave the thoughts on how to make decisions on RFID construction, and on changes happened in the library business process, readers＇ behaviors and work mode about librarians.
