高校学报打造“复合型编辑”人才再思考 被引量:18

摘要 具有学科背景、掌握编辑出版规范的学术编辑是高校学报的核心资源,出版业态的创新又催生了对数字技术编辑的需求,高校学报编辑人才需求呈现出高门槛、复合型特点。面对数字化浪潮,高校学报不宜针对编辑个体过度提倡打造所谓"复合型编辑",而应以专才引进+组合培养等方式打造复合型编辑团队,解决内容创新和出版业态创新之需求;还可将内容编辑以外的事务外包给专业出版公司,或与互联网学术出版平台、微信等新媒体合作,协同创新,助力我国科研工作者争夺国际学术话语权。 Editors coming from academic background and having a good command of the standards and norms of academic editing constitute the core resources for academic journals of higher educational institutions. Innovation in the publishing industry has spawned the need for editor to tackle digital technology. Therefore, demands for interdisciplinary talents are enormous and the threshold is high. Facing the digital wave, it is not appropriate for university publishers to overemphasize the fostering of so called "interdisciplinary editors", but rather they should establish editorial teams in a way that incorporates both the recruitment of specialists and the fostering of staff so as to cater to the demands for originality and innovative trends in the industry. Meanwhile they could outsource the non-editing work to professional operators, and they could also consider working with new media such as online academic platforms or WeChat, to boost the voices of our scientists and researchers in the international arena.
