基于区块链技术的学术出版版权屏障研究

Copyright Barrier to Academic Publishing: Based on Block Chain Technology

区块链技术因其独有的特征,已然掀起互联网新浪潮,受全球各领域的高度关注。学术出版的版权问题在数字化背景下尤为凸显,如何利用区块链这一新技术实现突围还未成熟。以利润屏障所包含的版权屏障为视角,从版权获取、版权开发、版权保护三个维度分析当前学术出版的版权困境。结合区块链技术分布式共识、智能合约、时间戳特征,提出解决问题的突围策略,防范版权收益不为他人所动。

Due to its unique characteristics, block chain technology has aroused attention in various fields. The copyright problem of academic publishing is especially prominent in the digital background. How to use the new technology of block chain is not yet mature. This research analyzes the copyright predicament of current academic publication from three aspects： copyright acquisition, copyright exploitation and copyright protection. This research believes that the distributed consensus, intelligent contract and time stamp feature of block chain technology can help to solve the problem and prevent the copyright income from h^in A I.__.
