摘要
UV光源照射下光引发剂反应得到自由基或阳离子,进而引发丙烯酸酯类物质聚合生成光敏预聚物,后在光敏预聚物中加入交联单体、复合光引发剂等制得保护涂料。通过粘度、附着力、硬度及耐水性等测试以及热重、示差扫描量热分析研究了光聚合中功能单体、固化时复合引发剂及交联剂等对漆膜性能的影响。结果表明,光敏预聚物最佳聚合时间为110 s,粘度为26 s,单体转化率为16.9%。当预聚物的单体质量比m(IBOA)∶m(BA)∶m(AA)∶m(MMA)=15∶20∶12∶3,后期补加交联剂WDS-128的质量分数为18%,复合光引发剂质量分数为3%时,制得的漆膜综合性能最佳。
Under the irradiation of UV light source,the photoinitiator reacted to obtain free radicals or cations,thereby initiating the polymerization of acrylates to form a photosensitive prepolymer,and then a protective coating was prepared by adding a crosslinking monomer,a composite photoinitiator,etc. to the photosensitive prepolymer. The effects of functional monomers in photopolymerization,composite initiators in curing,and crosslinkers on the properties of the coating film were investigated by tests of viscosity,adhesion,hardness and water resistance,thermogravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry. The results showed that the optimal polymerization time of photopolymerization was 110 s,the viscosity was 26 s,and the monomer conversion was 16. 9 %. When the mass ratio of prepolymer monomer m(IBOA) ∶ m(BA) ∶ m(AA) ∶ m(MMA)= 15 ∶ 20 ∶ 12 ∶ 3,the WDS-128 mass fraction 18 % added at the later stage and the composite photoinitiator mass fraction of 3 %,the film had the best overall performance.
