摘要 兰科植物俗称兰花,是被子植物中最大科之一,分布较为广泛。兰花不仅具有极高的观赏价值,而且其经济价值及科研价值也越来越受到人们的重视。近年来对兰科植物的研究不断深入,主要集中于物种鉴别、分类、育种及繁殖等方面。鉴于此,本研究综述了兰科植物的形态学、细胞学、菌根生物学、传粉生物学、育种及组培快繁等方面的研究进展,探讨了兰科植物研究和利用中所存在的问题并进行展望,以期为相关研究提供一定参考价值。 Orchidaceae plant, commonly known as orchids, is one of the biggest angiosperms and its distribution is very extensive. Orchid not only has a high ornamental value, but also has economic value and scientific research value which have attracted more and more attention from people. In recent years, researches on Orchidaceae have been deepened, mainly focusing on species identification, classification, breeding and reproduction.. In view of this, the review summarized the progress in morphology, cytology, mycorrhizal biology, pollination biology, breeding and tissue culture and rapid propagation of Orchidaceae plants, discussed the problems in current research and utilization of Orchidaceae and prospected, hoping to provide reference for related studies.
