Technical measure for improving quality of PP produced with mass polymerization method

对聚丙烯产品质量存在的灰分高和熔融指数波动大等问题进行了技术攻关，经调整催化剂配比，优化工艺条件，使产品质量得到明显提高。

The problems for high ash content and fluctuant melting index of PP were investigated. The PP quality is obviously improved and thus good economic benefit is obtained through readjusting catalyst ratio and optimizing process condition .
