基于国际比较的核心素养内涵解析 被引量:4

摘要 核心素养本质上是回答"教育要培养什么样的人"的问题,它对各级各类教育具有总的导向作用。但由于对核心素养内涵认识上的偏差,存在对"核心素养"一词的误读、误用,容易引起对教育实践指导的混乱。近些年,许多国家和组织都对核心素养进行了系统的研究,立足于自身人才的社会需求及时代特征对核心素养的内涵进行了符合自身特色的理解。对核心素养概念进行分析、梳理,并对OECD、美国等著名的核心素养框架及我国核心素养框架进行分析比较,有利于全面把握核心素养的内涵,清晰认识核心素养的内容及功能发挥、核心素养在素养体系中所起的作用、核心素养与其他素养的关系、核心素养在素养体系中的地位与层次。
