面对严峻的环保形势,依据水性汽车涂料唯一行业标准HG/T 4570-2013《汽车用水性涂料》要求,研究并开发了工程车用环保型水性双组份环氧底漆/水性双组份聚氨酯中涂漆/水性双组份聚氨酯面漆配套体系。该配套体系综合性能较好,具有优异的附着力、耐水、耐化学品和耐候性能,各项性能指标均满足或远远超过标准要求。工程车用水性环保涂料配套产品已进行整车涂装,具有较高的光泽和丰满度,完全可以替代传统溶剂型同类产品,具备巨大的市场潜力。

As driven by stringent environment protection laws and regulations, a type of waterborne environmental friendly multi-layer coating system such as 2 K epoxy primer/2 K polyurethane intercoat/2 Kpolyurethane topcoat for engineering truck has been prepared according to requirements described in the unique industrial standard HG/T 4570—2013. This coating system is characterized by excellent adhesion, water resistance, chemical resistance and weatherability as well as good comprehensive performance which meet or overdo the standard requirements. This coating system can enable the engineering truck to show high gloss and buildiness, and can completely replace the traditional solvent-based counterpart, indicating a great potential market.
