中西医结合疗法治疗162例中重度尼古丁依赖者疗效分析

Effect of Combined Therapy of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicines on Moderate to Severe Nicotine Dependence

目的观察舍曲林加中药辩证施治对中重度尼古丁依赖戒断症状者治疗的临床疗效。方法选取286例中重度尼古丁依赖症状者,随机分配对照组124例和治疗组162例。对照组口服非尼古丁替代药伐尼克兰;治疗组口服抗抑郁药物舍曲林片,并结合中医药辩证施治。疗程均为6个月。观察治疗前后尼古丁依赖水平评分、合并症状改善率、戒烟率之间的关系。结果经6个月的治疗期及其后6个月随访,治疗组对各种戒断症状、合并症和戒烟率均有显著疗效,与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合疗法对戒烟者尼古丁戒断症状有显著阻断作用,减轻合并症发生,提高戒烟率。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Sertraline combined with traditional Chinese medicine on patients undergoing smoking cessation with moderate to severe nicotine dependence. Methods 286 patients with moderate to severe nicotine dependence were recruited and randomized into control group（ n = 124） and treatment group（ n = 162）. The control group was treated with Varenicline while the treatment group were given the prescription of sertraline and traditional Chinese medicine. The whole treatment lasted for 6 months. The pre-and post-treatment nicotine dependence,rate of complication improvement and smoking-quitting were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results Nicotine dependence level,complication improvement and smoking-quitting rate were significantly improved in the treatment group after6 months of treatment and another 6 months of follow-up survey,compared with the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The combined therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicines exerts a significant effect on withdrawal symptom of nicotine dependence,decreases the incidence of complications and increases the rate of smoking cessation.
