摘要
针对2012年4月以来日本江差线连续发生3起货物列车脱轨事故,有关部门提出了提高货物列车运行安全性的意见。简要介绍了脱轨事故的原因,提出了今后的改进措施以及提高货车运行安全性的研究课题。
With regard to three derailment accidents of the freight cars occurring in succession on Esashi Line in Japan since April,2012,the related sectors made some suggestions on the improvement of the running safety of the freight cars.Based on the causes of the derailment accidents briefly reviewed,the measures and the research subjects for improving the running safety of the freight cars in the future are proposed.
