社区进行智慧化治理是推动智慧城市整体建设的重要基础工作。从宏观来看，智慧社区治理承栽着城市治理现代化以及城市治理智慧化的重任；从微观来看，其对变革基层治理模式和推动社区建设有重大的意义。通过与以往社区警务工作比对，智慧社区警务服务群众具有主动性服务、泛化性服务、高效性服务、个性化服务的创新特点。

Smart community management is an important basic work to promote the overall construction of smart cities. From a. macro perspective, the governance of smart communities bears the heavy responsibility of the modernization of urban governance and the wisdom of urban governance. From the micro perspective, it has significant implications for transforming the basic governance model and promoting community building. Through comparison with past community policing work, the advantages and significance of innovative research on policing services in smart communities have been identified.
