摘要
为明确西南烟区烟草叶片发育动态规律,实现烟叶精准可控生产,采用田间对比试验,研究了K326、NC89、云烟85、红花大金元4个主栽品种叶片发生及生长规律,并分别建立Richards生长动态模型。结果表明:所有生长模型R2值均在0.980以上,表明模型准确度很高;4个品种叶片发生模型均是只有缓增期和快增期的非典型"S"型生长曲线,而叶片生长模型均是典型"S"型生长曲线;不同品种叶片数目基本一致,均是38~40片,但叶片发生进程差异明显,红花大金元移栽后35 d达到最大叶片数目,其他三个品种均在移栽后42 d达到最大叶片数目;不同品种中部叶最大叶面积大小顺序为红花大金元>K326>云烟85>NC89,但其生长过程基本一致,缓增期12~14 d,快增期16~17 d,稳增期30~31 d。
In order to clarify the dynamic process of tobacco leaf development in southwest tobacco growing areas and realize accurate and controlled production of tobacco leaves,this paper carried out field comparative experiments to study the leaf occurrence and growth rhythm of 4 major cultivated varieties including K326,NC89,Yunyan 85 and Honghuadajinyuan,and established Richards growth dynamic models,respectively. The results showed that the R2 values of all growth models were above 0. 980,indicating that the models had high degree of accuracy. The leaf occurrence models of these 4 varieties were all of atypical "S"type growth curve,while the leaf growth models were of typical "S"type growth curve. The leaf numbers of different varieties were basically the same,38 ~ 40 pieces. But the leaf occurrence process was obviously different. The leaf number of Honghuadajinyuan reached the maximum at35 d after transplanting,and the other 3 cultivars reached the maximum leaf number at 42 d after transplanting. The order of maximum middle leaf areas of different cultivars was Honghuadajinyuan〉 K326 〉Yunyan 85 NC89,but their growth process was basically the same. The slow growth period was 12 ~ 14 d,rapid growth period was 16 ~ 17 d,and stable growth period was 30 ~ 31 d.
