The Distinctive Features and Great Significance of Xi Jinping's Thought on Party Building

习近平党建思想内涵丰富、特征鲜明、意义重大。它以中国特色社会主义为党的全部理论和实践的主题,以坚持和加强党的全面领导为党的建设根本原则,以不忘初心、牢记使命、敢于担当为党的建设基本理念,以坚持问题导向、着力解决党内最突出的问题为党的建设基本思路,以突出全面、贯穿于严、关键在人、落实于治为基本方法,以"赶考"永远在路上特别是全面从严治党永远在路上为党的建设历史任务,全面系统地回答了新时代党的建设一系列重大问题。习近平党建思想是马克思主义建党理论与新的历史条件下中国共产党建设实践相结合的产物,是中国化马克思主义党建理论的最新成果,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,是新时代党的建设基本遵循和行动指南,对推进全面从严治党向纵深发展具有重要指导作用。

Xi Jinping has replied to a series of great problems about Party building in the new era, systematically and comprehensively, through his thought of Party building which has diverse elements, distinctive features and great significance. There are six major parts in the system of Xi＇s thought on Party building which could be illustrated as following： firstly, the theme of all the Party＇s theory and practice is the Socialism with Chinese Characteristics; secondly, the fundamental principle of the Party building is the insistence and augmentation of the comprehensive leadership of the Party; thirdly, the general idea of Party building is ＇remaining true to our original aspiration, keeping our mission firmly in mind, and endeavoring to our responsibility＇; fourthly, the basic approach of Party building is ＇the insistence of problem-guiding and resolve of most distinctive problems within the Party＇; fifthly, the general method is ＇comprehensive emphasis, strict practice, critical person, implementation for governance＇; and finally, the historic mission of Party building is ＇examination on the road forever＇ especially ＇strict discipline of the Party on the road forever＇. As the result of the unification of Marxist theory of Party building and the practice of CPC＇s building in the New Era, Xi＇s thought of Party building is the latest achievement of the Sinicization of Marxist theory on Party building and a major part of Xi＇s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, which provides disciplines and requirements for the Party building in the New Era and leads the further development of the Comprehensively Strict Governance of the Party.
