Investigation on origin and development of epidemic febrile disease in spring

春温作为温病的一种,好发于春冬季节,初起即见里热证候,具有发病急骤、病情较重、变化多样的特点,历代医家大多将其归属为伏气温病范畴。随着温病学的逐步发展,人们对春温的认识亦愈加深入广泛,特别在全球气候变暖这个大背景下,对温病学派理论的挖掘整理与研究分析具有十分重要的现实意义。文章通过查阅历代相关书籍文献,按历史脉络梳理春温病名,并讨论历代医家关于春温病因病机及治法治则的认识,以期对现代春温的临床实践与理论研究有所启示。

Epidemic febrile disease in spring,as a kind of fever often occurs in spring and winter. It can be found interior heat syndrome at the beginning,with characteristics of acute disease,serious disease and various changes. Most of physicians through past generations classified it as category of incubative pathogen and epidemic febrile diseases. With the gradual development of science of epidemic febrile diseases,people＇s understanding of epidemic febrile disease in spring is becoming more and more in-depth and widespread. Especially in the context of global warming,it is of great practical significance to excavate and analyze the theory of epidemic febrile disease school. This paper referred to ancient related books and literature,combed the name of epidemic febrile disease in spring according to the historical context,and discussed that the physicians of the past dynasties＇ understanding of pathogenesis and treatment of it. So we can get some enlightenment to the clinical practice and theoretical research of epidemic febrile disease in spring in modern times.
