中药膏方对多囊卵巢综合征患者血清AMH及性激素的影响

Impacts of Chinese herb cream formula on serum AMH and sexual hormone in the patients of polycystic ovary syndrome

目的观察中药膏方合达英-35对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)及性激素的影响。方法将70例多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例,分别采用苍附降囊膏方合达英-35及达英-35单药治疗。对两组患者治疗前后AMH、促黄体生成素(LH)、游离睾酮(FT)、性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)及体重指数(BMI)进行观察和比较。结果两组患者治疗后AMH、FT、LH水平均较治疗前明显降低,SHBG水平则明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组的AMH、LH、FT水平则明显低于对照组,SHBG水平则明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后BMI的下降程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药膏方合达英-35对多囊卵巢综合征能有效降低AMH、BMI及改善患者紊乱的内分泌,有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the impacts of Chinese herb cream formula and Diane-35 on serum AMH and sexual hormones in the patients of polycystic ovary syndrome（ PCOS）. Methods A total of 70 patients of PCOS were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,35 cases in each one,treated with the combined medication of cangfu jiangnang cream formula and Diane-35 and the simple application of Dianne-35 separately. Before and after treatment,AMH,LH,FT,SHBG and BMI were observed and compared in the two groups. Results After treatment,AMH,FT and LH were reduced apparently,SHBG was increased in the two groups as compared with those before treatment,indicating the significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. AMH,LH and FT in the treatment group were lower obviously than the control group and SHBG was higher apparently than the control group after treatment,indicating the significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,BMI in the treatment group was reduced significantly as compared with the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The combined medication of Chinese herb cream formula and Diane-35 effectively reduces AMH and BMI and relieves the endocrinal disturbance in PCOS. It is highly valuable in clinical application.
