分级中枢针刺联合口舌颊咽康复治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨分级中枢针刺联合口舌颊咽康复技术对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能的影响。方法选取我院2015年9月—2017年3月间脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者共100例,应用随机对照研究方法,将符合标准的患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用分级中枢针刺法联合口舌颊咽康复治疗,对照组应用药物及康复治疗,1次/d,疗程为21 d。采用电视X线透视吞咽功能检查(VFSS)评估患者的吞咽功能,并进行统计学分析。结果治疗21 d后,治疗组VFSS评分较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01),同时,治疗后治疗组较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对于脑卒中后吞咽障碍的患者,采用分级中枢针刺法治疗,能够有效改善卒中后吞咽障碍患者的进食能力,减少误吸风险,该方法简便易行,操作安全,有临床应用前景。 Objective To explore the effects post-stroke dysphagia treated with the graded central acupuncture the mouth-tongue-check-throat rehabilitation. Methods From Sept. 2015 to March 2017,100 patients of post-stroke dysphagia were collected. Using the random controlled trial method,the patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group. In the control group,the combined therapy of the graded central acupuncture the mouth-tongue-check-throat rehabilitation was adopted. In the control group,the medication and rehabilitation were used,once every day,for 21 days. The VFSS was used to evaluate the swallowing function and analyzed statistically. Results In 21 d of treatment,VFSS score in the treatment group was improved apparently as compared with that before treatment( P〈0. 01). After treatment,the VFSS score in the treatment group was different significantly as compared with the control group( P〈0. 01).Conclusion In the patients with post-stroke dysphagia,the graded central acupuncture effectively improves the food intake ability and reduces aspiration risk. This therapy is simple and safe in operation and it is prospective in clinical application.
