摘要
目的:研究基牙不同肩台宽度对全锆固定桥抗折破坏力的影响。方法:模拟临床制作下颌第一磨牙缺失,第二前磨牙和第二磨牙为基牙的三单位全锆固定桥,设计第二磨牙肩台分别为刃状(A组)、0.5 mm(B组)、1.0 mm(C组)肩台(n=6),通过万能试验机检测抗折破坏力,使用SPSS 21.0软件对实验数据进行统计学分析。结果:A、B、C 3组试件抗折破坏力分别为(4 457.33±564.06)N、(6 439.65±551.32)N、(6 513.00±609.38)N。单因素方差分析显示A组抗折破坏力显著小于B组和C组(P<0.05),B组与C组之间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:全锆固定桥基牙肩台宽度应大于0.5 mm。
Objective: To investigare the effects of abutment width on the fracture resistance of full zirconium fixed bridge. Methods: Simulated clinical fabrication of 3 units with all ceramic fixed bridge for mandibular first molar missing,second premolar and second molar as the abutment teeth,the second molars with the shoulder of blade-like,0. 5 mm and 1. 0 mm respectively was designed for group A,B and C,the fracture resistance was measured by a universal testing machine. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21. 0 software. Results: The fracture resitance of group A,B and C( N) was 4 457. 33 ± 564. 06,6 439. 65 ± 551. 32 and 6 513. 00 ± 609. 38 respectively( P 〈 0. 05,group A vs B or C,P 〈 0. 05,B vs C,P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion: Full zirconium fixed bridge abutment shoulder should be more than 0. 5 mm.
