江阴县域环境下开放大学发展策略研究

Research on Development Strategies of Open University in Jiangyin County Area

文章在明确江阴县域经济及产业环境下开放大学建设的定位、职能与体系的基础上,利用SWOT模型分析了江阴开放大学面临的外部机会与威胁、内部优势与劣势,提出了江阴开放大学的发展策略:提高开放认识、更新教育观念、加快顶层设计;重视学科建设、提升科研氛围、推进信息化建设;优化专业布局、突出需求导向、创建特色学习中心;集聚优质资源、规范服务流程、统一教学质量。

On the basis of the positioning, function and system of the Open University in Jiangyin county economy and industrial environment, the article analyses the external opportunities and threats, internal advantages and disadvantages of the Open University of Jiangyin by using SWOT model, and puts forward the development strategies of the Open University of Jiangyin: to improve the open knowledge and to update the educational concept, we should speed up the top level design, attach importance to the discipline construction, improve the atmosphere of scientific research, promote the information construction, optimize the layout of majors, highlight the demand orientation, create the characteristic learning center, gather the quality resources, standardize the service process, and unify the quality of teaching.
