摘要
随着我国社区治理、经济发展及建设和谐社会的推进,各地纷纷开办社会工作机构,社会工作机构和社工已成为社区治理的重要力量。在参与社区治理过程中,社区工作者由于工作压力大、付出与所得不相称、工作环境较差等原因,他们已成为职业倦怠的易感人群。通过对社区工作者的职业倦怠现状进行分析,提出了社区工作者职业倦怠的宏观和微观的干预措施。
With the advancement of our country's community governance, economic development and the construction of a harmonious society, various localities have started social work organizations, social worker organizations and social workers are important forces for community governance. In the process of participation in community governance, community workers have become job-weariness vulnerable populations due to high work pressure, disproportionate to their income and poor working environment. After examining the situation of job burnout of community workers in Guangzhou, this paper analyzes the main factors causing the community worker's job burnout, and comes up with some countermeasures and suggestions to alleviate community worker's job burnout.
