江苏省农民培训的现状以及改进建议

Status Quo of Farmers Training in Jiangsu Province and Suggestions for Improvement

培育新型职业农民是实现乡村振兴战略的关键环节。本文通过对江苏省在农业发展、农民培训方面的现状分析发现:当前江苏省农民接受培训的积极性不高;农业培训无法满足农民日益增加的多样性培训需求;培训资金不足以及培训方式过于单调影响了农民培训的效果。为促进江苏省农民培训快速发展,本文提出:要针对不同类型农户,开展分类培训;同时通过定向培养、半农半读等方式来强化农业职业教育;并促进和规范农业相关职业资格认定。

Cultivating new professional farmers is the key to realizing the strategy of the rural vitalization.Through analysis of the current situation of Jiangsu＇ s agricultural development and farmers training,we find the enthusiasm of farmers for receiving training is not high; and that agricultural training can not meet the increasing diversity of farmers＇ needs; and that insufficient training fund and monotonous training methods cause bad effect. In order to promote the rapid development of farmers training in Jiangsu province,this paper offers the following proposals： carry out classified training for different types of farmers; strengthen agricultural vocational education through oriented cultivation,semi-agricultural and half-reading; promote and standardize agricultural occupational qualifications.
