安徽省农村思想道德建设的路径探究

Study on the Path of Rural Ideology and Morality Construction in Anhui Province

文章以安徽部分地区农村道德建设现状为研究背景,就如何卓有成效地进行农村思想道德建设,系统分析了安徽农村思想道德建设现状。促进农村思想道德建设的良性发展,应着重在加强农村基层领导班子建设、培育和造就新型农民、大力发展农村教育事业、培养农民民主法制观念、完善农村公共文化服务功能体系、扎实推进群众性创建活动等方面,对农村思想道德建设的路径进行系统性探索。

The Party＇ s Nineteenth National Congress proposes the implementation of the strategy of rural vitalization. Taking the current situation of rural moral construction in some areas in Anhui as the research background,the article systematically analyzes the current situation and the positive trend,and explores the construction path by focusing on strengthening the building of rural grassroots leadership groups,cultivating new-type farmers,vigorously developing rural education,cultivating farmers＇ sense of democratic and rule of law,improving rural public cultural service function system,and solidly promoting mass creation activities,etc. The article believes that Anhui,as the birthplace of China＇ s reform and opening up and the model of rural reform,needs to closely combine its reality,proceeds from the fundamental interests of the peasants,and follows the theme of development,finally striving to create a new path of rural ideological and moral construction with Anhui characteristics by overcoming difficulties and pushing forward steadily.
