摘要
通过对首都医科大学宣武医院1997-2015年专利授权情况及成果转化进行统计,分析目前医疗机构专利申报和转化现状,同时对国家和北京市相关专利资助政策予以阐述。研究结果显示,近年来医疗机构的专利授权数量明显增加,但是其成果转化进程相对缓慢。面对专利成果转化缓慢和不足的问题,建议医院应该加强对专利转化工作的重视,建立专业的管理团队和成熟的推介平台,为专利转化工作顺利推进提供保障。
Based on the analysis of patent filing and its conversion status in Xuanwu hospital from 1997 to 2015, the status quo of patent filing and its conversion has been discussed and relative patent preferential policies from nation and Beijing also have been introduced. It shows that the amount of patent filings has been rapidly increased but the conversions are relatively slow in medical institutes. It is considered to pay more attention on patent conversion, build professional management team and platform to help patent conversion.
