摘要
通过对首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院信息化系统建设的一些问题解析,比较分析了3个院区使用同一套HIS和使用集成平台两个方案的优缺点,最终确定了为把系统切换对医疗工作的影响降到最小,制定了"南区入手、分步实施、保障医疗、稳步推进"的方案。笔者介绍了同仁医院通过实施组织保障、实施人员保障、实施原则、实施步骤、接口开发和测试、项目管理等方面完成了HIS的3个院区更换整合项目的宝贵经验,阐述了整合后的HIS为医院带来的各种便利和为医院进一步发展打下了坚实基础。
Based on the analysis of problems of the information system construction of Beijing Tongren Hospital, comparison the pros and cons of "three sub-hospitals using the same set of HIS system" and "implementing the integrated platform", and introduces the final decision of using the former proposal in order to minimize the impact from switching the system. With the principles of south branch first, step by step and assuring medical care, the valuable experience of Tongren Hospital in constructing the integrated HIS system through many aspects, such as organizational guarantee, personnel support, well-planned switching schedule, implementation principles, implementation steps, interface development and testing, project management has been introduced. The success of the integrated HIS system project brings benefits for the hospital operation and lays a solid foundation for the further development of Tongren hospital.
