关于构建中职“发现教育”体系的思考

Reflections on the Construction of "Discovery Education" System in Secondary Vocational Schools

面对当前中职学校学生厌学、教师厌教、学校难办的发展困境,需要转变观念,以新的理念引领中职教育发展。"发现教育"思想契合了当前中职教育特点,是中职教育改革的新思想、新方向。要以"发现教育"理念为指导,从校长、教师、学生三个层面,构建以发现校长、成就校长,发现教师、成就教师,发现学生、成就学生为核心的中职教育系统"发现教育"体系,开创中职教育新局面,促进中职教育大发展。

In the face of the current secondary voc, ational students＂ weariness, teachers＂ dislike of teaching and the difficult development of schools, we should change our concepts and lead the development of secondary vocational education with new ideas. ＂Discovery Education＂ fits the current vocational education characteristics, and it is a new idea and direction of vocational education refolxn. With ＂Discovery Education＂ concept as a guide, from the three aspects of principals, teachers and students, we need to construct the secondary vocational education system with the core of discovering principlals, teachers and students,to create a new situation and promote the development of secondary vocational education.
