摘要 人文素养培育是学校教育的重要组成部分,是实现中职生全面发展的有效路径。人文素养培育不仅符合新时代职业教育的变革及发展要求,而且有助于落实中职学校的人才培养目标、促进学生的健康、全面、可持续发展。然而,当前中职学校的人文素养培育存在工作浮于表面、职业特色不足、路径内容单一及总体效果偏低等问题。因此,中职学校要通过理念、路径及机制创新,推进人文素养培育的进一步深入及优化。 The cultivation of humanistic quality is an important part of school education and an effective way to realize the all- round development of secondary vocational students. The cultivation of humanistic quality not only meets the requirements of the reform and development of the vocational education in the new era, but also helps to implement the training target of the secondary vocational schools and promotes the healthy, comprehensive and sustainable development of students. However, at present, the cultivation of humanistic quality in secondary vocational schools has such problems as the work in the form, the lack of professional characteristics, the single content of the path and the low overall effect. Therefore, secondary vocational schools should further deepen and optimize the cultivation of humanistic quality through innovation of ideas, paths and mechanisms.
