摘要
随着事业单位改革的深入和岗位设置制度的落实,专业技术岗位人员作为事业单位人才队伍的关键部分,其发展途径是人才队伍建设中需要重点关注的内容。本文以某科研事业单位岗位设置工作开展实践为例,分析了专业技术岗位人员在现有岗位设置制度下遴选晋升的情况,提出了完善专业技术岗位遴选的政策建议。
With deepening of reform of public institutions and implementation of the post setting system,the professional and technical personnel arebecoming the key of talent teams,and their development approach is the need to focus on construction of talent teams. This paper takes the practice in setting the postsin scientific research institution as an example,analyzes the selection of professional and technical personnel in the existing position setting system,and puts forward some policy recommendations to improve selection of professional and technical positions.
