学术腐败已成为社会热点关注问题。本文阐述了抄袭剽窃、制造学术泡沫、学术经历造假等学术腐败的主要表现形式,剖析了促使学术腐败现象产生的主要因素,如学术监管制度乏力、学术评价体系不够科学、集体庇护作怪等。最后针对如何加强学风建设、构建防治学术腐败长效机制的问题,在完善学术评价机制、加强学术道德建设、加强社会媒体舆论监督等方面提出了政策建议。

Academic corruption has become a socially hated problem. The paper elaborates the main forms of academic corruption,for example plagiarism,academic replica,forged diplomas of overseas returnees etc. Then it analyzes the rooted causes of academic corruption,for example weak academic regulator mechanism,unscientific system of academic evaluation,group shield,etc. To improveconstruction of study style and to construct a mechanism for prevention of academic corruption,some suggestions are put forward,such asimproving academic evaluation mechanism,enhancing construction of academic moral,strengthening supervision of public opinion and media,etc.
