摘要
自20世纪90年代以来,团队建设和团队理论受到企业界和理论界的普遍关注,对团队的绩效管理成为管理学界一个热门话题。伴随团队在企业的组织中广泛的运用,因此影响团队绩效的因素也成为了在团队研究领域中备受瞩目的一大主题。近年来学者们的研究大都关注在以下的三个方面:一是团队的绩效影响因素的理论阐述;二是使用案例的研究和调查方法来分析团队绩效所产生的影响;三是建立影响团队绩效的的因素模型。本文通过分析中外关于团队的绩效研究文献,对影响团队绩效的因素方面的研究成果进行梳理,在此基础上探讨团队绩效影响因素发展趋向。
Since the 1990s,team building and team theory become more and more popular among the business and theory circles,and the team performance management becomes a hot topic. As the teamis widely used in the organization of enterprises,the factors that affect team performance have become a big topic in the field of team research. In recent years,scholars’ research mostly focuses on the following three aspects: the first is the theoretical explanation of the factors affecting team performance; the second is to analyze the impact of team performance by means of case studies and surveys; and the third is to establish a model of factors affecting team performance. In this paper,we analyze the domestic and foreign research literature about team performance,sort out the research achievements on factors affecting the team performance,and discuss the development trends for such factors.
