为青年科技人才服务问题探析——以上海市为例

Aresearch on S & T young talents service problem by taking Shanghai as an example

中国实施创新驱动发展战略离不开大量的青年科技人才,青年科技人才在上海的创新驱动转型发展中也具有极其重要、不可或缺的作用。但是身处上海这样国际大都市的青年科技人才面临着住房、交友、培训、获取资讯等方面切实困难,因此,建议尽快启动青年科技人才公寓、青年科技人才联谊交友平台、青年科技人才培训联盟、青年科技人才资讯平台等项目,并建立和完善相应的保障机制,破解后顾之忧,服务青年科技人才。

In China,implementation of innovation- driven development strategy demands lots of young science talents,which play an important & Indispensable role in innovation- driven restructuring of Shanghai. However,these young science talents,living in such an international metropolis as Shanghai,are facing some difficulties such as housing,networking,training,acquiring information and other issues. Therefore,it is recommended to start the program including young science talent apartment,young scientists networking platform,young scientists training alliance,young scientists' information platform as quickly as possible,establish the appropriate protection mechanisms,and eliminate their anxiety to better service them.
