摘要
本文以一个国家重点实验室为例,研究了科研机构的科研产出的分析评价方法,并通过分析,评估科研机构的科研水平与学术地位。我们主要以国际上权威的科研成果文献数据库——美国Thomson Reuters科技集团的Science Citation Index Expanded子数据库中的数据为数据源,抓取评估对象——国家重点实验室的"二阶非线性光学材料"学科方向的研究成果产出论文,对其论文数量、被引次数、h指数、发文期刊、机构排名等多个因素进行分析;并通过与同一领域中国际、国内的成果产出情况进行对照,分析评估实验室的科研水平与地位。
The present paper studies a method to analyze and evaluate the achievements of a research institution,by taking a state key laboratory of China as an example. The research level and academic reputation of the institution was evaluated by using the developed method. Based on the data from Science Citation Index Expanded,a sub- database of Thomson Reuters Science and Technology Group of America,we retrieved the papers on'second- order nonlinear optical materials'published by the State Key Laboratory,and analyzed the number of paper,time cited of the paper,h- index,journals of paper published on,and the rank of institution. Through the results above,the status of the State Key Laboratory in the world were assessed.
