摘要
基于对国防科研项目的特点分析,论述了国防研究院所加强科研项目风险管理的重要意义。在对国防研究院所科研项目风险管理现状分析的基础上,围绕科研项目全寿命周期管理,阐述了技术成熟度评价方法与5M1E要素控制方法在国防科研项目风险管理中的探索与实践,在此基础上提出提高国防研究院所科研项目风险管理水平的对策。
Based on analysis of national defense research projects,this paper discussed the importance of strengthening risk management in research projects of national defense research institutes. Based on analysis of current situation on risk management of such research projects,and the full life cycle management research,the research and practice is introduced on technology maturity evaluation method and the 5M1E factor control method in risk management of national research projects. The countermeasure is put forward to improving the management level of research projects in national defense research institutes.
