摘要
高校管理类专业的竞赛教学是带动实践教学的重要手段,也对学生课程教学质量有积极的促进作用。了解竞赛教学的实际效果,可以发现问题并及时调整和解决。本文提出了运用马尔科夫模型分析竞赛实践对课程教学质量提升效果的方法,并对东北某高校市场营销大赛对其专业学生课程成绩改善情况进行了评价,最后提出了提高竞赛教学水平的对策建议。为高校管理类专业评价和提高竞赛实践教学水平提供了参考和借鉴。
The competition teaching in university management courses is not only an important means to promote practical teaching for management specialty in university,but also has a positive effect on the teaching quality of student courses. Understanding the actual effect of competition teaching can timely adjust and solve the problem found. It puts forward a method to evaluate improvement performance of competition practices for course teaching quality by using the Markov model,and gives an example as students’ course grades improvement by marketing competition in a northeast university. Finally,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the teaching practices. It provides reference for evaluation and improvement of competition teaching level in the management specialty.
