中国承接日本软件服务外包业务,随着国际信息产业融合的深入,信息类项目合作的范围逐渐深入。在国际外包行业中,举足轻重的职位之一是精通两国文化与业务,且统筹项目整体推进的BSE(Bridge System Engineer,即"桥梁系统工程师")的成长,明显跟不上业务高速发展的节奏。在校BSE人才快速培育,成为了行业迫切需求的重要任务。两国的商业行为习惯、产品质量管理、阶段交付业务等常规行为,相对容易理解与接受,但务必交流的IT日语,成了项目顺利推进的掣肘。本研究注重以信息专业日语零起点信息类专业高年级大学生和IT开发职场工程师为主要对象,在深入研究日语中IT术语与英文意思和发音关系,以及项目设计仕样书特点的基础上,制定了一套在短时间内基本掌握基础IT日语的教学新模式,并汇集为成果《情报技术日本语》,可以达到基本胜任BSE岗位,此日语教学新模式值得行业推广。

China has undertaken the outsourcing of Japanese software services. With the deepening of the integration of international information industry, the scope of information project cooperation has gradually deepened. In the international outsourcing industry, one of the most important positions is the growth of Bridge System Engineer,BSE is called, which is well versed in the culture and business of the two countries as a whole, and can not keep up with the pace of rapid business development. The rapid cultivation of BSE talents has become an urgent task for the industry. The common behavior of the two countries＇ business behavior habits, product quality management, and delivery of business is relatively easy to understand and accept, but it is necessary to exchange the IT Japanese, which has become the obstacle to the smooth progress of the project.Based on the study of the relationship between IT terms and English meaning and pronunciation, as well as the characteristics of the project design, a set of basic IT Japanese Teaching in a short time is formulated. The new mode of learning and the achievement of 《Technical Japanese in Information Science and Technology》 can be basically qualified for BSE post. This new Japanese teaching mode is worth promoting in the industry.
