电子商务环境下消费者信息泄露现状分析及对策研究 被引量:3

摘要 电子商务发展迅猛,用户网络信息安全问题日益凸显。某些商家或不法分子攫取消费者个人信息,泄露消费者隐私,利用消费者信息谋取更多利益,严重危及到电子商务环境的安全性,危害到消费者的个人权益。本文全方面、多角度地分析了消费者信息泄露的原因,阐述信息泄露的危害,并针对如何降低消费者个人信息泄露的风险提出了相应对策。 With the development of e-commerce,users have to submit the information on the Internet,more and more,at the same time,some businesses or criminals the chance to capture consumer information,reveal that consumer privacy and use of consumer information for more interest,seriously endanger the safety of the electronic commerce environment,damage to the personal rights and interests of consumers.This paper analyzes the causes of consumer information leakage in an all-round way,expounds the harm of information leakage,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to reduce the risk of information leakage.
