摘要
在全球化国际社会形势和多元化经济发展趋向的共同推动下,大学教育管理在经历了经验管理、科学管理之后,现在正步入文化管理时期。文化管理是基于"文化人"的人性假设,着眼于价值观层面的一种新的管理范式,它立足于文化自觉,突出管理实践中人的主体地位。文化管理暗合了大学教育管理在当代的内在诉求,是完善中国特色现代大学制度的必由之路。
With the joint promotion of the international-community globalization and the diversified economic development, university education management is now stepping into the period of cultural management after experience management and scientific management. Cultural management is a new management paradigm based on the human- nature assumption of "cultural man", which focuses on the level of values. It is based on cultural consciousness and highlights the dominant position of people in management practice. Cultural management implies the contemporary in- herent demand of university education management, which is the only way to improve the modem university system with Chinese characteristics.
