摘要
我国幼儿园教师职前培养由三级体系走向二级体系,原有的幼儿师范学校升格为专科学校成为时代的必然。当前,幼儿师范学校升格为专科学校的瓶颈主要是办学条件存在差距、学科专业存在短板、管理方法固化、学术科研基础薄弱等。幼儿师范学校向专科学校转型必须改善办学条件,加强师资队伍建设,确立高校办学模式,推进高校文化建设,改革人才培养模式。
The pre-service training of kindergarten teachers in China has changed from the three-level system to educational conditions, the short board of subject specialty, the rigid management methods and the weak foundation of academic research. Therefore, to transform from kindergarten teachers school to college, we must improve the educa- tional conditions, strengthen the construction of the teaching faculty, establish the mode of college education, promote the construction of college culture and reform the training mode.
